Windows Movie Maker Save Movie Settings
This is a screen shot of what I normally use in Windows movie maker to save videos for youtube. It creates a little larger file to upload but I’d rather have the higher quality.

If anyone has the need to capture the screen activity of a PC screen during a presentation or demonstration there is a pretty good application available called Camtasia Studio. This application records and edits screen capture videos.
