I was able to convert my 2:39 video and email it to my family with no problem. My phone records in 3gpp2 format and I converted it to a WMV file and it all worked perfect. Since I did not activate the program there was a water mark through part of my video, maybe with more use I will want to buy the program. Good luck. There is a link at the bottom of the site named 'download super here' which I clicked which then led me onto some other page offering me to download something called register and some other video converter called Prism!
